We release in small, one-off drops. Once a piece is gone, it's gone. The best way to know before anyone else is the newsletter and our Instagram.

Everything is cut oversized. If you want a cleaner fit, size down. Exact measurements for each piece are in the size guide on every product page.

We ship with DHL from Mainz, Germany. Within Germany 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, elsewhere in the EU 3 to 7. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 working days, a little longer during a drop. Outside the EU on request at hello@known-label.com.

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Within Germany it's 4.99 €, and free from 110 €, exactly a tee plus the hoodie. For now we ship within Germany only.

You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Email us at hello@known-label.com before sending anything back. The piece has to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you. We don't do direct exchanges. Withdraw and reorder the size you want, that's the fastest way.

Check your order as soon as it lands. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, write us straight away at hello@known-label.com. In that case we cover the return.

Cold wash, inside out, no tumble dryer. Heavy cotton lasts if you treat it right. Full care instructions are on the label.

You get a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking number by email. You can also see all your orders in your account.
